In the last few years, my wines have been added to more and more lists at finer restaurants. Since this is a small winery and I am the only full-time worker, supporting the fine dining market takes most of my time and energy.

I sell most of my wines to fine dining restaurants that have top sommeliers with purchasing discretion.  I do maintain an Allocation List and a Wine Club for early and loyal supporters. Since it is a small group, I don't need the complication of an online store or the fancy software that many wineries use.

My Wine Club is in coordination with our sister winery ACORN such that of the three different wines included in each shipment, there will always be both Ancient Oak and ACORN wine included. Shipments are either six or twelve bottles, and are sent out four times a year: February, May, August (may be deferred due to weather), and November, for a set cost of $270 for 6 bottles and $480 for 12 bottles (plus tax and shipping). Each shipment is preceded by an email announcement of the offering, and includes a link to confirm the order. As a club member, you may also request additional shipments of your favorite wines, subject to availability.

Being a member of my Allocation List gives you the opportunity to buy an offering that I send out 3-4 times a year.

You are not obligated to buy any of the selections.

However, as you become a consistent buyer, you gain access to additional, highly-allocated and library wines.
