• Cabernet Franc grapes from the Alegría Vineyard were cold-soaked for several hours, and then some juice was drained off to generate the sparkly pink of this vibrant rosé of Cabernet Franc. The fresh, juicy, brambly and strawberry aromas and flavors virtually scream spring, while the expressive texture makes this wine an excellent food companion all year long, especially at Thanksgiving. not yet scored
